We’re looking for passionate individuals like you to help us honor and support our first responders. Volunteering is a meaningful way to give back and show appreciation for the brave men and women who selflessly serve our communities every day. Our local first responders—many of whom are volunteer EMS and fire personnel—drop everything when a call for help comes in, no matter the time of day.

Volunteer Committees

• Advertising & Marketing

  • Help spread the word about Responder Relief Foundation events! This committee focuses on media outreach (radio, print, social media), creative messaging, and event promotion.​

• Entertainment

  • Be part of the fun! This committee organizes and hires entertainment for each of our events (if applicable), ensuring an unforgettable experience for attendees.

• Hospitality

  • Support our VIPs, sponsors, and volunteers by coordinating meals, drinks, and overall hospitality. This committee works with food vendors to provide a great experience for all.

• Merchandise & Promotions

  • Help design, produce, and sell official Responder Relief Foundation merchandise while promoting our mission and brand.

• Sponsorship

  • Build lasting partnerships with local businesses. Volunteers in this committee recruit sponsors, coordinate sponsorship benefits, design event programs, and organize banners, signs, and Grand Entry flags.

• Vendors

  • Work closely with food and merchandise vendors, plan vendor spaces, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the event.

• Tickets

  • Manage online ticket sales, staff the ticket booth and entry gates, and assist attendees. Volunteers also help boost sales by recommending special promotions.

• Security

  • Ensure a safe and secure event by coordinating with local law enforcement agencies, Sheriff’s Posse, and community security teams. Volunteers assist in managing event security throughout our events.

• Facilities

  • Help set up, maintain, and tear down the event grounds. This crucial committee ensures a smooth experience for spectators and contestants.

• Production

  • Be at the heart of the action! This committee oversees everything happening inside the arena. Some positions require rodeo experience, but there are many roles available for those eager to help.
